Returns & Refunds

Last updated: August 24, 2026

We want you to feel confident ordering from Creavorae. This policy explains the return, exchange, cancellation, and refund process.

30-day return request window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is marked delivered. To start a return, email support@creavorae.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for authorization and return instructions before sending anything.

Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the condition received. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Items showing wear, washing, alteration, odor, or customer-caused damage.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and shipping package. If we confirm an error or qualifying defect, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover the related return-shipping cost when a return is required.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges

For eligible change-of-mind returns, including size or color preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method because the return remains your responsibility until received.

Order changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after production, packing, or shipment has started.

Refund timing

After an authorized return is received, we normally inspect it within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Return address

The correct return location can vary by item and fulfillment partner. We provide the applicable return address with your authorization. Do not send returns to the corporate address or the address printed on the parcel unless our support team instructs you to do so.
